Back Problems

So the middle left of my back is in a horrible amount of pain. It feels like someone took the muscle in my back and tied it in a knot and is pulling on it as hard as they can. It hurts so bad that I had to come home early from work.. I came home and took a nap but it didn't help much, I've tried just about everything to relieve the pain, but nothing is working. It hurts to the point that I think that I am going to be sick to my stomach.

Anyone else had this problem before? I don't know what to do right now. I don't have the money to see a doctor until thursday. My bills ate up my paycheck last week
